Question: Do I own the customers deliverd to me?
Answer: Service One Janitorial is the only Franchisor in the United States that allows YOU to own the customers. When you are delivered customers from our competition, you are simply cleaning for THEIR customers, but you do not own the customers.
Question: What type of cleaning is offered to the commercial customers?
Answer: Basic interior cleaning only - we do no carpet cleaning - exterior
window cleaning or floor cleaning.
Question:
How often do we service our customer?
Answer:
You do no one - time cleanings. You do regular scheduled contracted
customers only.
Question: Do I need a special vehicle?
Answer:
No, you can use any vehicle to do the job.
Question:
How many chemicals do I need to run this business monthly?
Answer: Less
than 1% of your monthly gross
Question:
Who handles the financing?
Answer: We
handle our own financing. If you have the down payment, you
qualify for the financing. We do not look at your past credit history.
Question:
Can I continue my present employment and still operate this business?
Answer:
YES - We suggest that everyone stay at their present job until
the cash flow begins.

Where are my training classes located?
Answer:
